That's what I help facilitate. I offer the resources, comfort, care and presence so that people do not die alone, uncomfortable and with regret.
To start our journey together, we will go through a series of questions in all of the domains of life (mental, physical, spiritual, emotional and practical) to assess what is most important to you at end of life. This will help me know how to best support you in a non-medical way.
Are you prepared for the end of life? I can help gather documents, make sure your legacy is preserved in a way that you would love and offer peace of mind for life's greatest transition.
Please fill out the form below if you cannot find your question. We'll be happy to answer it in a timely manner.
I'm a Death Doula in Buffalo, NY. However, I do offer remote sessions and am happy to travel on a case-by-case basis.
My support services include but are not limited to: being present for the dying, assisting with end-of-life documents, vigil and annointing services, education on funeral and burial options, legacy building exercises and advocacy on behalf of the patient and family to healthcare staff.
When asked, I offer reiki, breathing exercises and meditations to help calm people and mitigate any anxiety.
